Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and federal regulations, we cannot ship every product everywhere. Orders that violate these restrictions will be refused or held for compliance review.
Where we ship
- We ship to United States addresses only.
- We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) or to any address outside the United States.
State restrictions
- No merchandise of any kind to:
CA,NY,WA,NJ,DC. - No federally controlled items to:
IL,HI,MA,CT,RI,DC. - No aerosols or CO2 lasers to:
AK,HI(these items cannot be shipped by air).
Federally controlled items
- Federally controlled items must ship to a licensed partner business location.
- The partner location must be in the same state as your billing address.
Age requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any merchandise.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase federally controlled items.
- Age is confirmed using the date of birth on your verified ID.
Restricted customers
- We do not sell any merchandise to TOOOL (The Open Organisation Of Lockpickers) or its representatives.
- All customers are screened against the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. We cannot sell to sanctioned individuals or entities, and attempted purchases are reported to the appropriate authorities.
All customers must complete ID verification before an order ships.
